What’s included
Everything in the price
- Discovery, site structure and design
- Build, with copy support where you want it
- SEO fundamentals: metadata, structured data, sitemap and Core Web Vitals
- Google Business Profile setup and optimisation — what decides whether you appear in Maps
- Review generation: structured outreach to your existing customers asking for Google reviews
- Analytics and conversion tracking, so you can see what the site actually brings in
- Ongoing hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes
What’s not included
Where we stop
Being specific about the limits is cheaper for both of us than discovering them halfway through.
- Product-scale builds — logins, customer portals, payments. Those are real projects and we quote them separately
- Paid advertising management
- Incentivised or gated review schemes. Both breach Google's policies and risk your profile being penalised
Questions
The things people ask before saying yes
- Who owns the site?
- You do. If you leave, the site goes with you — no exit fee and no handover charge. We would rather keep you because the work is good than because leaving is painful.
- What is the minimum term?
- Three months if you pay the setup fee, six months if you would rather not. The setup fee is buying you flexibility; the longer term is buying you a smaller upfront cost.
- Are domains and email included?
- No, they are quoted separately because it depends what you want. We will set you up on Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or an EU-hosted alternative if data residency matters to you.
- Can you work with the site we already have?
- Sometimes. If it is on a platform we can maintain properly we will say so; if keeping it would cost you more than replacing it, we will say that instead.
- What counts as a 'small change'?
- Copy edits, new pages, images, opening hours, prices, a new service — the ordinary upkeep of a working site. A redesign or a new feature is a separate quote, and we will tell you which one you are asking for before doing the work.
