Pricing questions
- Why publish prices at all?
- Because hidden pricing wastes everyone's time. You can tell in thirty seconds whether we are in your range, and we stop having calls that were never going to convert. It also means the number does not change based on how well the discovery call went.
- What is quoted separately rather than published?
- Building an automation after the AI assessment, security policy and controls work after a questionnaire, product-scale website builds involving logins or payments, and domains and email. Those depend entirely on what we find, and a published number would be a guess.
- Are the pounds and euros prices just converted?
- No. Each currency is priced independently and reviewed annually, so you get a round number in your own currency rather than a figure that moves with the exchange rate.
- Is there anything I am committing to beyond the published price?
- Only the minimum term on the website service, which is three months if you pay the setup fee and six if you do not. Nothing else has a term, an exit fee, or an automatic renewal you have to remember to cancel.
- What if the work turns out to be bigger than expected?
- That is our problem, not yours. The price is agreed in writing before we start, and if we misjudged the scope we absorb it. If the work you want genuinely changes, we quote the change before doing it.
