- A written finding: the current time cost, the proposed automation, and the saving we expect

The things people ask before saying yes
- What exactly triggers the refund?
- If we cannot identify at least five hours a week of work worth automating, you get the fee back. The promise is about finding the opportunity, which is the part we control — not about your future behaviour once a tool is built, which we do not.
- How is the baseline agreed?
- Before anything starts, in writing. Either we measure the task together or you give us the figure you already know. That one line is what stops a disagreement later about what the number really was.
- What if the answer is that AI won't help us?
- Then we say so, and you have spent an assessment fee finding out rather than a build budget. That outcome is a refund, which means we have no incentive to talk you into a project that will not pay for itself.
- Who owns what gets built?
- You do, along with the documentation needed to run it. Where we automate something the goal is that your team operates it without us.
- Which AI models do you use?
- Whichever fits the task and your constraints, including where data can be processed. We are not tied to one provider, and the assessment says which one we would use and why.
