About
The same person, first call to delivery
We build and run websites, complete the security questionnaires that block deals, and find the work AI should be taking off people. Small enough that you deal with the person doing the work; disciplined enough that it's written down first.

David O Mahony
Your work is led by David, who scopes it, does it, and stays with it afterwards. The three products in our work are all live, all still maintained by us, and all billed monthly — the same arrangement we’d offer you.
References available on request, and we’re happy to put you in touch with any of the clients above.
How we work
Six commitments you can hold us to
These are checkable against what’s written on the service pages and in your contract, which is the point of stating them.
The price is agreed before the work
Scope, price and date in writing first. If we misjudge the effort, that is ours to absorb — you are not exposed to our estimating.
One lead, throughout
The person who scopes your work does it and stays with it. You never re-explain your business, and nothing gets passed on after you sign.
We say no
If we don't think we can help, or the thing you're asking for won't pay for itself, we say so on the first call. Turning down bad-fit work is cheaper for both of us than delivering it.
You keep everything
Your site, your policies, your answer library, your automations — with the documentation to run them. Where we've automated something, the goal is you don't need us for it.
No claim without a source
There are no client counts, invented metrics or borrowed testimonials on this site. Where we can show you the work, we link to it. Where you'd rather hear it from a client, we'll introduce you.
Honest about the limits
We're not a certification body, we don't do accredited penetration testing, and we won't take on product-scale work at a small-site price. Every service page says where it stops.
A fair question
“Why should we trust a practice we haven’t heard of?”
You shouldn’t, on the strength of a website. So we’ve tried to make the site prove things instead of assert them: three live products you can open and use, prices published rather than negotiated, scope limits written down, and a refundable assessment so the first piece of work carries our risk rather than yours. If that isn’t enough, ask for an introduction to a client and judge from that.
Start with the problem
A blocked deal, a site nobody finds, or work that shouldn't still be manual. Tell us which and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
